All sales are final on bullion and precious metal items unless the item arrives damaged or is materially different from its listing description. We stand behind the authenticity of every coin and bar we sell.

If you receive a damaged or incorrectly described item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right — either a full refund or a replacement at our discretion.
